STANDARDIZED OPERATING PROCEDURES

 

 

PURSUANT TO RPL 442-H please be advised that this agency has instituted the following standardized operating procedures as a prerequisite that prospective buyers must meet prior to receiving any service. 

           (i.)       Prospective clients ARE required to show identification

           (ii.)      An exclusive broker agreement IS required for sales or management.

           (iii.)     Prospective buyers MUST be preapproved for any mortgage loan that may be required.
